Houses are 1 type of building which recover wellness. The other type is Hotel which you can rent a room from, or if you own one, you can rent rooms to others. Both can be purchased from the market.

There are 5 qualities of the house. A house of different quality recovers different amount of wellness as can be seen in the table below.

Using Edit

A house is automatically used on day change (every day) and effectively increases wellness gain from food. Note that a house does not boost wellness if you have no food in inventory at day change and you will lose 5 wellness instead.

A house is fixed in a region that it is constructed and sold. A house can be a little expensive but it provides ongoing benefits and can be very good in the longer term, so consider it an investment.

Construction Edit

A house is a building that must be constructed and as such it requires wood as the raw material. Although it is a lot cheaper than other buildings like hospitals and defense systems it is still a big investment.

A construction company can purchase the wood raw material and hire construction workers. To build a house in a construction company a license to build house is required which cost 50 gold. A house requires 200 production units to complete and will consume raw materials depending on the quality as per table below. Recommended maximum number of employees is 20.
